How are SunKai marine inflatable fenders manufactured?

These days, the SunKai marine inflatable fender workshop is bustling with activity. From material selection to final delivery, the workers' meticulous and attentive work is evident in every step of the process. In the workshop, quality inspectors are checking batches of imported high-elasticity rubber materials, ensuring they are wear-resistant and aging-resistant—crucial for the fenders to withstand ship collisions.

At the cutting stage, experienced craftsmen, relying on years of precision, cut the rubber sheets to the perfect size for boats of different sizes. High-temperature vulcanization technology is used during assembly, with the craftsmen closely monitoring temperature and pressure to ensure the seams are strong and airtight, absolutely leak-proof.

The inflation test is crucial. Technicians inflate the fenders to the specified pressure and leave them for two full days to check for pressure stability, surface flatness, and leaks—no detail is overlooked.

"The ships can safely dock thanks to the reliability of our fenders; we have to keep a close eye on every step," said the production manager. This batch of custom-made inflatable fenders is currently undergoing final quality checks and will soon be shipped to major ports both domestically and internationally to ensure safe berthing for ships. SunKai consistently relies on its exceptional craftsmanship to help the shipping industry upgrade and improve.
