Recently, Qingdao Shunkai Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. independently developed the ship launching airbag technology in the latest project has been a complete success, a 1000 tons cargo ship successfully launched, the whole process of zero accidents, zero damage. This achievement marks an important step forward in the company's innovation in ship launching technology.
The launch airbag developed by Shunkai adopts high-strength synthetic rubber and multi-layer tire cord as core materials. It is designed based on the principle of rolling wood, and realizes stable support and rolling sliding of the hull through inflation.
The airbag used in this project is tailor-made for 1000 tons cargo ship, with diameter of 1.8 meters and effective length of 20 meters. It is equipped with double-end inflation and remote pressure monitoring functions. The safety standard far exceeds ISO 14409 international standard, and the blasting safety factor exceeds 1.5 times to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole launching process.
