These D-Shaped Rubber Fenders are made of strong rubber that can take a hit, resists wear and tear, and holds up well even in saltwater. You can also order them in your preferred size and hardness. It’s a budget-friendly and dependable solution for protecting edges from impacts — trusted by clients worldwide.
"D-type" refers to its cross-sectional shape. One side is a flat base surface for easy installation and sealing; the other side is a protruding arc surface for contact and cushioning. This structure of broussonetia papyrifera enables it to provide effective cushioning while maintaining good sealing performance, and the installation is very convenient.
Don't think it's inadequate just because it's made of rubber. Our D-Shaped Rubber Fenders are made of high-strength rubber and reinforced with cord fabric, giving them a "bones" of strength. Isn't the seawater at a seaside dock highly corrosive? Isn't the oil and chemicals in a factory easily damaging? It can withstand any of these, and won't easily crack or deteriorate under the sun or rain.
When it comes to collisions, the most worrying thing is damage to the equipment. The other party involved can also be damaged. For example, when a ship docks, a fender without cushioning can easily scratch the hull. However, the D-type fender's design is particularly clever. The D-shaped curvature "dissipates" much of the impact force. As the ship approaches, the fender slowly deforms to absorb the force, stabilizing the ship and relieving pressure on the dock.
